Order Status

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Tracking information is sent within 24–48 hours once the order ships.

Shipping Times (Canada)

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase.

Return conditions:

• Item must be unused

• Item must be in original packaging

• Proof of purchase must be provided

For exchanges, simply share your order number and tell us which product you’d like to switch to.

Installation Support

Installing your number plate holder is quick and easy:

2. Place your plate inside the Ouvell holder

3. Tighten screws securely

4. Check final alignment
